If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, any claims or disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the state in which Medicare’s Info operates, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding.
