To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Medicare’s Info, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Medicare’s Info total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Medicare’s Info operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes or claims through informal means by contacting us.
If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, any claims or disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the state in which Medicare’s Info operates, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
